Community Rules
Last updated: [DATE YOU PUBLISH]
HALIVIQ is a place for short dramas that people can enjoy safely. These rules apply to everyone: viewers, creators and our own team. Breaking them can get content removed and accounts suspended or closed.
For everyone
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate or bullying in support messages, reports or anywhere else.
- Keep it in the app. Don’t record, download, re‑upload or share our videos outside HALIVIQ.
- Play fair. Don’t use bots, share accounts to get around payments, or try to break the app.
- Report honestly. Use ••• → Report this story for real problems. False reports waste everyone’s time.
For creators
Only upload what you have the right to publish
You must own the series or have permission for everything in it: the story, the footage, the music, and the agreement of every person who appears. No re‑uploads of other studios’ dramas.
Not allowed
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone who looks under 18.
- Nudity or explicit sexual content.
- Graphic violence or gore shown for shock, real violence, self‑harm or suicide shown in a way that could encourage it.
- Hate against people for who they are, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
- Real people shown without their consent, or private information about anyone.
- Scams, gambling, misleading claims, or adverts disguised as episodes.
- Watermarks or logos of other apps or platforms.
How a series must be uploaded
- Every episode is uploaded complete, in order, with picture and sound, before the series goes live.
- Each episode ends properly: no cut‑off endings or long black screens.
- The cover shows a real person’s face, and the title and synopsis match the story.
- All episodes use the series’ shape: vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9).
How we check
Every series is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Automated checks and an AI assistant help us spot problems, such as a cut‑off ending or another app’s watermark, but a person makes the decision. We may ask for changes, decline a series, take it offline, or close an account that breaks these rules. If you think we got it wrong, contact us in the app (Profile → Help & support).
